"One of the most critically acclaimed and successful contemporary singers & songwriters in the U.S. returns with an album chock full o'' instantly memorable, lyrically hip pop gems. With equal parts pop, folk, r&b, power pop, and ballads, this is sweet, catchy as heck, heartfelt super duper melodic music, produced so well it sparkles out of your speakers and into your soul."

"Simply put, this is Kyle Vincent''s best album to date. The arrangements are as fresh as anything on today''s pop or alternative radio, while staying true to the classic song structure of which Mr. Vincent is obviously a scholar. While this CD can certainly hang with the likes of John Mayer, David Gray, or Jason Mraz, the production is also reminiscent of Todd Rundgren''s best work. Vincent has crafted an album that distinguishes him from the current pack of male singer/songwriters. It is beautifully sparse where needed; huge and dramatic, (and even sexy) where called for. Vincent''s vocals have never been stronger and are showcased up front and crystal clear."

"Lyrically this is by far Kyle''s strongest collection of songwriting. He paints gorgeous lyrical portraits of nature, tackles environmental concerns on several tracks, familial relationships on 2 others, and even the current state of pop radio on another. The title track is as catchy a pop song as you''ll ever hear, sporting a seemingly simple lyric that has an intriguing twist that most will not pick up upon first listen. With any kind of push, "Don''t You Know" should explode at pop radio."

From the official bio: It all began in the melting pot of all melting pots, Berkeley, California. Born to professional hippies and raised by wolves I was bused to school from an early age. Berkeley was the first fully integrated school system in the country. That provided for a wonderful mix of musical and cultural exposure from a young age. I took up the alto sax at age 8. I was lucky enough to be a product of the ground-breaking Berkeley school system jazz program where kids were given intensive instruction in sight reading and improv beginning in 4th grade and then played in the school jazz band. The program would launch the careers of such established contemporary jazz artists as Benny Green, Rodney Franklin, Joshua Redman, Michael Wolff, David Murray, Craig Handy, Suzanne Teng, and countless others. Many have wondered what was in the water in Berkeley that made it produce so much talent, but the truth is that if you tap into a young creative mind and soul at an early age, give them a choice and a good experience to play fun music in an encouraging atmosphere, you will breed some great talent. Many of my peers have flourished in the jazz world while I would eventually go towards a pop music career, but the jazz and r&b roots creep into many of my recordings.

Vincent recalls his early love of pop radio, "When I was a wee tyke I would sing to Casey Kasem''s American Top 40 countdown each Saturday morning. I began creating my own radio shows on an old reel-to-reel machine that I had found. I was splicing and making tape edits before I was playing little league! I knew I wanted to be a singer from a very young age, but the fright of doing so in front of people kept that dream locked away for a while. One day I decided to take a voice lesson. That led to 2 years of intensive voice training with an opera coach. If you want to truly hurt your ears, hang out one day while I warm up with my opera voice. I pity the animals ''round here.

"After a stint at U.C. Berkeley, I trekked down Interstate 5 to LA LA Land where I cut an album or two, had a top 20 single, had some songs on Tee Vee and in movies, did some tours, and when I had breathed enough brown air, called it a day in L.A., and headed east. Now I spend the days playing in dirt."

Vincent is consistently on the road, and will tour relentlessly to promote this release. He is one of the most successful independent artists out there, playing nearly 100 shows a year, including countless "Living Room" concerts for his rabid fan base. This is an emerging artist, just hitting his peak, who can electrify an audience with an upbeat commentary song, or mesmerize them with a heart-tugging ballad.

Kyle enthusiastically does in-stores, radio & TV interviews and spots, numerous charity concerts, as well as speaking engagements at all levels of schools.

As Billboard Magazine puts it, "Don''t miss a chance to see this charming and talented performer in concert."
