Hi...Thank you so much for taking the time to read about me and my music. Music has long been a gift and a passion of mine as far back as I can remember. I started playing the piano and singing in the church choir at the young age of five. I was inspired and still am by music of all genre''s. I was especially influenced by rock and roll !! I also love the sound of beautiful classical music. I appreciate music in all of its forms... On my latest Cd, My Voice, which is an extension of the first three songs I started with, I really try to combine all styles of music. I have a little bit of pop, a little bit of dance and a little bit of country with some strong soul moving ballads. I write and compose my own music, based on the many life experiences I have had. I have been through a lot in my life...love, loss,
and really real life everyday things that people are to afraid to talk about..I just sing it in a song. For me my music is about touching a chord deep within anothers soul, to move them in a positive way, and bring them some peace. I love to be blessed to be able to have the gift of music, and I try to give back as much as possible to others. I just received an international humanitarian award, from Operation Smile, as I wrote a song called Smile, that I give the proceeds to. The song is on this album...with a choir of angelic children singing my chorus...
I have performed several times for the Florida Marlins, and just got back from Los Angeles, where I was interviewed by MTV-Scandinavia, and Entertainment Tonight-UK. I just sent the lyrics of My Voice, to a Magazine for women who have eating disorders, as my hope is that not only women, but people can start using there voice more and speaking there truth...as this can mean the difference between life and death for some. Every single person''s voice matters. I suffered myself from an eating disorder, and as a result have found the will to live through my music and My Voice. May all who hear my music be blessed, and may it give you the will to live life to the fullest. I plan on coming out with a new album, as I am always evolving as an artist, but I like to write about universal themes that all can relate to.
