(Notes from the composer:)
As vice-president (2006-7) of a Best Buddies International Chapter(a charity for the mentally disabled), a volunteer music therapy assistant for the mentally disabled), and nephew of a cancer victim/my aunt, Leticia Cheung, a portion of the sales from "Metamorphosis" and "Breakaway" went to "Best Buddies International" & "American Cancer Society." In the case of this new CD, it is my wish to continue with the spirit of giving by donating a portion of "Classical" sales to support UNICEF to help "Children Affected by the Sichuan Earthquake in CHina." I started this CD in 2004 and I think it''s my most personal and carefully crafted music since "Metamorphosis."
