My 3rd cd ‘IMAGINARY MAN’
Is a collection of 10 original songs.
It was produced and co-written with Mr Matt Rocchio. Matt plays bass and sings backup too… more on him later..
My first cd ‘SLANTED PERCEPTION’ was the debut of Bitter End Records and
Was produced by legendary Bitter End club owner Mr. Paul Colby.
The label didn’t happen but the record was born… I still like it for a good start.
It grooves along pretty nice still…
Chris Glenn’s (that’s me) 2nd cd ‘EVERYONE IS NAKED’
I am very proud of this outcome.
This cd is very listenable I think..
I have to put it away for a while to appreciate it coming back….
‘NAKED’ was produced and co-written by Kyle Turner.
Kyle is a stupendous bass player I had the pleasure to work with for several years.
He and I were pretty funky together I’ve heard… lean and sharp and dulcet too.
Hope to play with him again in my lifetime… I should visit Vegas I suppose where he livesIn a new life he’s created….
That brings us to Chris’ third cd titled ‘IMAGINARY MAN’.
As I said above Matt Rocchio and I worked on these tunes and played them out
With swell response and once we knew how they worked…
(oh some of the older ones had always ‘worked’ but I hadn’t recorded them yet)
we recorded them and now it’s done… (there are two live cuts recorded at a Cutting Room gig that sound fine also)
I love the way it looks too…
