Hello, my name is Dennis Lee Spear. The guys call me Bubba, but the ladies call me Bubbalicious, and yes I do stretch the truth.
I was born on July 21, 1958 in Winston-Salem N.C. I started playing guitar and drums at age 11, but the real “passion” for it didn’t begin until I reached 39. Once the passion for it finally kicked in, I went from playing about 2 hours a week, to 14+ hours a week. When I started playing more often I knew that I had a lot of catching up to do.
It’s harder for me to play than most people due to the fact that I am 35% deaf in my right ear, and 6% deaf in my left.
I like to listen to a lot of different guitarists but my overall favorites are Santana, Jimi Hendrix, and Stevie Ray Vaughn.
I like anything that will make you bob your head, tap your feet, or just get you in the bed with your woman, but my favorite types of music consist of R&B, Jazz, Mowtown, Rock, and Blues.
