As a teen, Billy toured Canada with an ameteur theatre company . He was later employed as a professional muscian in Japan for over a year. In 2001 he recorded his first album ''the Catalyst'' produced by Eric Vani and Stephan Le Francois. The next year he starred in the documentary ‘Pusshy the Garage Band’ which was released at the National Archives of Canada. His upcoming album ''Whiskey Summerville'' was produced by Mark Boone and had help from the likes of Frederick Carriere, Adam Mott (Super Garage), Stephan Le Francois (Rise Ashen, Mélisse Lafrance).
