Window to My Heart was composed after Lauren Lee lost her identical twin sons at 18 weeks while pregnant after a long struggle to conceive. This is the journey of loss, recovery and hope for the future. It was recorded back in 2004 but never released because it was so close to Lauren Lee''s heart until recently when she felt she could share this music beyond just close family and friends.
Those who have heard it have commented how relaxing the music is and Lauren Lee feels that this music is her best and most cohesive work yet.
And yes there is work on a new album but because Lauren Lee has 3 young children now they don''t give her much time to play and create new music.
