Blazing out of The Deep South Bobby Joyner headed West 8 years ago. Following busted publishing deals, management changes and record company disputes, this is his long awaited debut album, which was produced by Dusty Wakeman (Dwight Yoakam, Roy Orbison, KD Lang... others)
This record features Doug Pettibone (Lucinda Williams, Mark Knopfler), Skip Edwards (The Flying Burrito Brothers, the Byrds), Gia Ciambotti (Bruce Springsteen) and Lee Thornberg (Tower of Power)
Joyner has jammed with the likes of Tom Petty, Gilby Clarke (Guns & Roses), Doan Perry (Jethro Tull), Steve Gorman & Marc Ford (The Black Crowes),Tony Coleman (BB King) Rodney Crowell and Michelle Shocked in the last couple of years.
Bobby has also written songs with Miles Zuniga of "Fastball", Tim Krekel of "The Jimmy Buffett Band" and Tony Ramey.
He is currently touring the Southeast & Southwest in support of his new record, "Skies of Blue and Fields of Green" which was officially released February 16, 2006.
