ADAM WAGNER, originally from Chesterton, Indiana, is a graduate (05) of the musical theater department at the University of Cincinnati''s College-Conservatory of Music. Unable to afford piano lessons, he is self-taught and began to write songs in 2001. Last June, he presented an original revue, Dont Look Down, as part of the Cincinnati Fringe Festival. The show received the 2005 Cincinnati Entertainment Award for Best Alternative Production, and a Cincinnati Enquirer Acclaim Award. "Traci''s Song" premiered in NYC at the MAC/ASCAP Songwriters Showcase and Things to Chase: A Composer''s Showcase. Adam attended the Composers Stage Project in Steamboat Springs, Colorado and is regularly mentored by the programs director, Craig Carnelia. He will also be presenting a revue, AN EVENING OF (mostly) TRUE SONGS, in September at the Laurie Beechman Theater in September 2006.
