With a refreshing approach, the self-taught guitarist, uplifts and encourages on his debut album with songs such as, “ His love is Forever and “Spirit and Truth.” Staying true to his biblical foundation, his honest lyrics suggest a deep and personal conviction, while inspiring us all to pursue an ever growing and deepening relationship with Jesus Christ.
Born in Lansing, MI, into a musically gifted family of seven children, Steve grew up around instruments, family singing groups, church choirs and was raised in the household of faith. His modest upbringing and life experiences have molded his philosophy of not only claiming the title of “Christian,” but living a life that represents Christ.
As a young man, Steve has purposed in his heart to dedicate his life to walking and living by faith, and hopes to enlighten other young people to do the same. He is the founder of House of David of America, a nonprofit organization focused on developing the musical skills and abilities of young talents for Christ, and also Music of Faith Night (MOFN), a social outlet for young people to gather in a positive atmosphere and express themselves through song, spoken word or instrumentally, all for the glory of God.
