What an incredible Summer! I set out to create and release this album in the spirit of simplicity, organic musical honesty, and not thinking too much (bad habit). So what you hear on this album is exactly how it was on that night. Of course, this experience was a total collaboration of campers and counselors who infused it with positive energy. So…THANK YOU: to you, the fans, for supporting this music and this journey. Hope this music means something to you as it does to me. Enough of you asked for a live album, and I did this for you. To everyone who came to the live show and made it so easy to have fun creating this in the moment. To the musicians and artists who gave so much of your talent and were so amazingly creative, fast, and present. To everyone who has been there for me in the last couple years of really breaking down and breaking through and becoming something honest- the crew, my family, my loves, my people in New York, my new friends in Nashville. Special thanks to Lu, Paul, Kyla, Rob, Fred, Kelly- those who jump right in the lake and splash around with me- you help me look good! ! And finally, to Keith, for Nashville, the Loft, and the life-changing energy. You can’t not love Camp Nashville!
