The Secret of Toadflax Tea is the debut album from Columbus band Wing & Tusk. In eleven songs, it tells the story of an old monk and a young monk living in a monastery on a European island during the black plague, and their eventual run in with a visiting doctor and merchant of medicine, who has all but given up in his search for a cure. When the young monk is made privy to a miracle cure-all, Toadflax Tea, protected by centuries of church tradition, the shit really hits the fan.
