Danielle has been playing and singing regularly around the San Francisco Bay Area for the past three years, and her years of musical aptitude flow freely and audibly in her music. Her insights about reality and her own life experience has become her art, her song, which heals the listener upon contact.
The 25-year-old artist has studied classical and pop piano since her upbringing in Sebastopol, California. Influenced by Joni Mitchell, the Beatles, the Mamas and the Papas, catchy Catholic church music, classical piano, and 80s pop: music raised her.
Danielle says, "I used to lay on the floor as a baby, picking at the carpet and listening to my mom play classical piano. Her music seemed to talk, making me feel comforted and tended to. I have always associated classical piano with the feeling of my mom''s love."
She adds: "Music listens to me and comforts me. This music was a gift to me when I suffered most. It only continues to manifest when I share it. So I hope you will accept this gift, which was given to me by my musical teachers. I hope I can give it to our society, our baby."
