The Biography of
Steven B.

BIRTH NAME: Steven Busch CODE NAME: Dizazta

Steven Busch was born in Chicago in the last century but was primarily raised in the streets of Inglewood, CA. This expatriate of the Windy City flourished in the sun of the City of Champions. The combination of elements, both good and bad, have coalesce into the man known today as Dizazta.

Dizazta''s first musical breakthrough came in 1994 when he landed the lead song on the soundtrack of John Singleton''s acclaimed film "Car Jacking". Shortly after this success Dizazta''s new group Poetic Punishment ( with Jackie "Jackpot" Wynn) was being managed by Chris Stokes (Immature, Marcus Houston, B2K). After four weeks of working with Chris and fourteen new songs, Poetic Punishment was slated to release their first album under Chris''s record label which was coming soon. Songs, such as "Watch Me Get Crazy", would open at all Immature''s concerts. Time proved, however, that the management team''s focus was on R&B and not hip-hop and unfortunately went their separate ways.

Poetic Punishment continued to record more music. Songs like "I Feel Dirty, "Smoking Up Hollywood" and "Turn Back The Hands Of Time" caught the ears of Flatbroke Records who signed the group in 1997. The compilation album "The Return of the West" (1997) featured two songs from The Poetic Punishment duo: "Done Deal" and "No Enemies". This independent album sold over 100,000 copies and the owners of the label were satisfied with this one time endeavor and dismantled the label leaving many up and coming artist behind.

Unlike many of the other artist left by Flatbroke Records, Dizazta knew that the "iron was still hot" and want to capitlize on his new fan base. He went into the studio and began recording a solo project to be releaded by his new record label DIZAZTA AREA MUSIC. With his team of producers he recorded hits like "Brothers Killing Brothers" , "Why?" , "Her Wicked Ways" , and "Are You Single?". He also signed new artist (V-Love, Jackpot and Michelle'') under his new label.

In 1999 Steven " Dizazta" Busch joined ASCAP. His songs have also been featured on "Fear Factor" , "Elimidate" , "Shifting Gears" and "It''s Christopher". He has always been driven to find new aveues for success.

Now, looking to make music industry history will release the first ever quadruple cd "The Problem and The Answer" laced with hits like "Checkmate" , "Drive Me Wild" , "Shame On You" , "Why Do We Die So Young?", and "What If?". Dizazta is a multi-talented individual with extremely strong business that will carry him far in the music industry at all levels.

Dizazta also just completed his first movie venture as director and editor of "The Curse of the Full Clip". Dizazta also composed the soundtrack for the this film which will be released soon.
