The cd was originally highborn 21 tandem repeats a series of 7 threepeats, and it was granted out to a blue-ribbon few from the Vancouver music scene. It was scripted and recorded by Crack Robertson and motley by Shockk. After it's release people began to hound Crack Robertson to release this album and form that band. Robertson who was busy with Roadbed at the time didn't listen to these people... But they kept on him declaring this album a masterpiece, and demanding it's release, and demanding that the band 21 tandem repeats exist.
In the summer of 2005 21 tandem repeats emerged onto the scene with a house gig at the legendary Railway club in Vancouver B.C. Canada called the Crack Robertson Supper show.
My man Sim Special did the new artwork and the album was re released as The Ocean is life.
