The Songs:
I would say my songs are quite an eclectic collection of styles, genres, and influences over several years. You’ll hear a song or two that’s straight out of the 60’s, some blues, some southern rock, some folk, some Americana, and then you’ll hear a few that combine it all.
History:
I’ve been playing the guitar since I was a youngster. My training came from the countless hours I spent listening to those big black discs called vinyl. I’ve played in many bands and with many musicians along the way and carried forward a little something of each one of them with me.
Influences?
Like many, many musicians, I would have to say The Beatles for sure but, George Harrison, The Animals, The Stones, Cream, The Allman Bros., Steppenwolf, CSNY, The Dead, and Dave Mason are probably my biggest influences. I love great sounding acoustic guitars, mixed with tasteful electrics, melodic vocals, and with cool harmonies thrown in for spice.
Equipment used:
A couple of acoustics, some vintage electrics, a couple of basses, harmonicas, some old Fender amps, and my voice.
Anything else...?
My music is acoustic guitar based but there are a lot of electric guitars in and about and harmonica. All my songs begin life on the acoustic and grow from there. Music has been a very enjoyable part of my life and has allowed some very satisfying and personal expressions to come forward. Orchid Faded Sky is one of those results.

Orchid Faded Sky - A Few words By Craig
Got the CD and...haven''t had time to listen to the whole thing, but I''m already ready to kill you! I can''t get that Cabo Wabo chorus out of my head...ahhhhhh. I''m really diggin'' what I''ve heard so far. You really come from a totally different place than me and that makes it REALLY cool. You have a real gift for harmonies... I''m enjoying the hell out of what I''m hearing so far.

Orchid Faded Sky - A Few Words By Jim
I’d have a hard time finding ANYTHING about this work that I don’t like and VERY VERY little that I would do differently if I had a hand in it. ORCHID FADED SKY is real, honest, and quite good music presented in a very professional and enjoyable fashion.
