Fuji Heavy were formed by Bob Ross and Andy Le Gresley in Brighton 2004 following an ad placed on the website, Brighton Life. After some rudimentary rehearsals, Ali Gavan came in on drums followed by the Mabey brothers, Bryn
and Alex completing the Fuji line-up.

They soon developed the Fuji sound - taking riffs, the fun and swagger of garage rock, mixing it up with hints of early 80''s synth sounds and fronted by the deranged, distinctive vocals of frontman, Bob. A raw, high energy three song demo soon followed to rave reviews.
