Robert A. Lane has composed and performed scores for several independent films and written and performed for television in Hollywood. He has toured extensively across the United States as a lead guitarist and appeared on four major music labels. He is also a member of the Society of Composers and Lyricists. Robert uses John Pearse guitar strings exclusively.
"Music touches the soul and I''m thrilled to have had this opportunity to compose a suite of music that can help people heal. When Francis and I started on this project, we recorded the meditation first and then I created the music. Francis'' meditation totally tapped into my visualization senses, and every time I heard it, images naturally appeared in my mind.
I also wanted to give the listener a chance to experience the music on its own, without any narration, so that the listener can create his/her own visual images or meditation. Also, for those people who just enjoy a relaxing new age album, the "music only" version was created especially for your enjoyment!"
