Kym Abayomi was born on the island of Barbados, having left there as a child for the United States she spent the majority of her life Growing up on the island of Manhattan in New York City.
Kym found Christ at the age of 16 and then again 16 years later in the same church called Refuge Temple in Harlem New York. Her dramatic rededication to the Lord came after a series of events that have formed her powerful testimony which she uses to minister to women and men who are seeking an intimate and authentic relationship with God. Her Testimony tells of God’s supernatural power in her life that pulled her out of the occult, healed her heart and placed her in the purpose that God ordained for her.
Her gifts speak to those broken emotionally and those who are seeking ways to apply the practical wisdom of God to their lives.
Her ministry reaches all people even though her experiences inspire and motivate women.
Kym now lives with her husband and their children in The Caribbean, West Africa, South Africa and The United States, her music reflects the different sounds of these countries merged with a classical and clean sound.

“Adonai” which means Master represents the stage of total obedience when God truly becomes our master, just as he was to Mary the mother of Jesus.
