Details:
Ever Changing Weather, the rock/alternative band from Canada, is a combination of the feisty energy of Aline Moger (vocals), the driving musicality of Loni Moger (guitar), and the endless creativity of Kris Moger (bass).
While the band officially formed as dFektv in the spring of 2006, they have been performing off and on together since Aline was five. They played their first official show as dFekTv in March 2007. Since then their fan base has grown steadily with their largest crowd culminating in over a thousand people on Canada Day 2007 in Canmore, Alberta.
"dFekTv provided us with a high energy show where youth and exuberance meets experience and edge," said Jon Frolick, 2007 Canmore, Canada Day Committee.
The band has recorded singles “Friendly Fire”, “Shut Your Mouth”, “Boxes”, and “Jalapenos”, and produced a music video for “Friendly Fire”. After a hiatus to rebuild and write new material, they have solidified their sound and their vision. They have also changed their name to "Ever Changing Weather."
"While ''dFekTv'' looked cool and interesting, it took too much explanation. Our new name is fun, easy to say, and personifies who we are," said Kris Moger, bass player and band manager.
With influences like the pop-flavored punk of Simple Plan to the drama of Evanesence, the guitar power of Satriani, and eclectic sound of Green Day, Ever Changing Weather draws on a wide range of musical influences.
Fan Quotes:

“Addictive tunes that come from two generations of music influence.”

“Ever Changing Weather’s music is catchy, the kind that gets stuck in your head, but you never want it to leave.” Bev. M. President of Ever Changing Weather fan club.
