My music is something that use to be something I did just for myself. Something that was fun. As I traveled through my life, and I learned my purpose, then music turned into something I really enjoyed doing. Music is more than just a song or notes. It turned into an art and a giving of love. In the year of 1998 my life changed. My music was not only serious, it got deep. Music is a gift that God gave me, and it is a key player in the things that God has me doing now. You see you have to know the seriousness of life first and then find your purpose. Then as you find your gift, you use it for God''s purpose. That is what life is all about, because God is love. Love belongs to him. He made it and it comes from Him. Its coming from Him through my songs. Life is a wonderful thing as it is also a gift from God. Use it for God. Enjoy it, and let Real love, God''s love shine through you. George started his music career at a young age. At age 8, his Mom and Dad had a little family based club. George would watch the stand up bass player and wanted to be a part of the music too, so his Dad taught him how to play bass, and then he would let him sit in on Saturday nights. That little start is what led to 18 years of playing and touring different places with his Dad and their family band. George became fascinated with organs at the age of 12 after going into a music store and seeing the owner play Green Onions on a Cherry B3 with a Leslie. Once he saw how the Leslie worked on the inside, he was hooked. He learned how to play keyboards at 13, and was finally able to learn organ at 16. At 14 his family moved to Myrtle Beach where he grew more interested in playing guitar. He used this as a way to relax and pass the time when he wasn''t playing shows. He has also mastered playing keyboards with his right hand and bass scales with his left hand. Because of the fact he had always played cover tunes, in 2002 George begin writing his own songs as a way to express how he as individual felt. It has taken him from ''02 until now to write and finish this album. In 2008 after his mom''s passing, He realized how serious life really is and how short it can be. That is when he decided to get back into God''s work through his gift he had been giving which is the gift of music. George really hopes you enjoy his accomplishments with God''s help . George was married in 2008 to his childhood sweetheart that he met when he was nine in the little family club where it all begin. They have two beautiful children, and he shares two beautiful step-children with her as well. You could say she is definitely his 1 fan.
