Biography
The Andy Browne Trio has been a part of the newly emergent Philadelphian Original Music scene for just over two years. ABT have played to sensory and enthusiastic crowds in Toronto, New York, Kentucky, Delaware and Pa. Displaying an energetic mix of their own post-modernistic atmospherical rock, live comparisons have been made to Radiohead,The Who, Elvis Costello, David Bowie, The Waterboys and Buster Keaton.
This four piece Trio has 2 releases from Shut Eye https://www.tradebit.com first in 2003 (Chemical Road) and the recent (14 Horses for Che) in 2005, both Cd's have received critical acclaim and college/alternative airplay. ABT continuely performs at music conferences/festivals,private functions and clubs thru-out the North East.

Think Pete Yorn or Ryan Adam's style of instrumentation with vocals and melodies that embody the sound of new indie phenoms, The Arcade Fire. They incorporate a real, spacey feel to their music and it gives off the sound and experimentation of Pink Floyd with more updated touches. David Walter https://www.tradebit.com

The Andy Browne Trio's sound showers you with post/punk progressive rock fusion with a dash of Americana. The trio weaves beautiful soundscapes which permeate your mind and soul. Mike Brennan Origivation Magazine

Hardrocking guitars, flowing acoustics, powerful rhythm and raw vocals. Every song on here are well crafted, hook-filled masterpieces touching on the purity of progressive rock, pop, and the attitude of earlier punk. Brene Wilson 302Music-Delaware
