JAMIE SPARKS - has been a professional musician and performer since 1992. Releasing his first recording “Git-Wit-U” in 1996, he went on to release “The Time” in 1998, and “Unforgettable” in 2000 on his own label. As a result, Jamie has sold thousands of copies world wide and won numerous awards including 2 East Coast Music Awards, and a Juno nomination. While living in New York City, Jamie recorded tracks from the CD “Fun Tonight” at Diddy’s recording studio ‘Daddys House’ (Bad Boy Entertainment).
Jamie has performed extensively throughout Canada & the United States. During that time, he wrote and produced many songs for various artists, and TV. His songs have appeared in shows on networks such as Fox TV, The WB, CBC and Global. Jamie Sparks, have joined forces with Kicksta Music Group in an effort to bring even more great music to people all over the world.
Since the November 2004 release, the CD “Fun Tonight” has been distributed to major retail outlets such as FYE, Camelot Music, and Tower Records, and serviced to approximately 500 College & Commercial radio stations and record pools across the U.S and Canada. He is a featured performer on Apple’s iTunes. The new CD and Jamie''s Club bangers Dance remixes is getting regular downloads, radio adds, and retail orders daily across the country.
