Originally released in 2002, this collection was the 3rd in a triptych of analog/digital solo albums by Ksine, utilizing mostly digital handheld compositional tools triggering analog synths and some lofi samples, plus treated guitar.
The idea was to make a darker, more somber, experimental version of ''holiday'' music that could be listened to year-round. Many of the loosely based themes are obvious, others more sublime.
The release of this version marks the 10th anniversary of the first release in the musical triptych in 2000. This collection includes previously unavailable/rare tracks, from the same sessions, including the heavier track "Newlands (Shakespace edit)" formerly only available on the out-of-print Test Tones 2 Comp CD, and a Thrasher skateboard DVD. Also included are the ''single'' release versions of Godrest and Goodking from the 1st album.
