I wrote this song in response to the 911 terrorist attack. After watching in horror as the trade to towers fell, I was numb. I could not grasp the reality that someone could or would to something so horrific to innocent people, on American soil..... Then I got angry. I was appalled. As a singer, songwriter and guitarist I found myself, only able to convey my feelings through my music.
My Father was a WWII veteran and he fought for the liberty and freedom that I, and my loved enjoy in our daily lives. I am Thankful and Blessed to be an American. My Father also taught me that silence is condoning. I can no longer be silent.
