This CD comes as Tracy''s third CD release to date. It''s not always easy finishing up the details on an album, but the rewards are always worth it. It has taken Tracy and her husband Nathan a little over a year to completely finish this CD. Together they would work on bits and pieces at a time. Having a 7 year old daughter has kept them very busy. And so when they could, they''d enter their home studio and record lead and background vocals as Eliana either slept, or watched cartoons. Sometimes Eliana would be right there cheering her parents on!
Their daughter, Eliana was recently crowned the new 2010 Miss Old Dominion State Princess in April. She will compete at Nationals during the Thanksgiving weekend in November of 2010. Meeting with City councilpersons, the Mayor of their City and participating in parades has been a part of their life for the past few months. And even in the midst of all the excitement, once again, Eliana can be heard singing on the track "Everything New" on this CD. Eliana also has a book in the works and she will release her very own Educational Music CD with the help of her parents. Her CD will be geared towards children within her age group and will be released in the near future. You can also find Eliana singing on "No Turning Back" off of the CD, "Beautiful Journey" released by her mom, Tracy Rae Elliott in 2008.
