Zachary Sage is a combination of a guy with a guitar and a microphone for some songs, and then other songs has the help of an entire band of buddy''s jammin out and having fun. Music keeps us sane and protects us from letting the stresses of life weigh us down. Music chose us, we didn''t choose it. Our songs basically wrote themselves, as all of the songs were written straight from the heart, and you will sense that as you listen to them. Each song has a story behind it, and each story may be different because each track can relate to your personal life experiences. The 20 songs on this album are 10 years in the making. Some songs on the album were written in the 10th grade, and others were written just last month (10 years later). Some of the songs were recorded in professional recording studios, and some were recorded in a basement with a Macbook Pro and an SM57. I recall writing and recording one of the tracks for my mother''s birthday just following a serious automobile accident that put her in ICU. She loves that song, even though most of Utah might be offended. Enjoy the album, soon you''ll be humming the songs and figuring out how to play them on the guitar.
