This debut album comprises melodies that honour the traditions of bubblegum rock, and catchy hook lines that deliver original takes on universal themes. Lyrics enchanted with mythical and mystical metaphor give cinematic scope to the darker cores of human society while converging with poignant empathy and tribute to its exceptional individuals.
Celestra has fronted 3 different bands earlier on in her career playing the bar and club-circuit from BC to California, before going on to study recording engineering. During this time she took opportunities to work with producers and engineers in state-of-the-art studios with music industry savants.
As songwriter, singer/bassist and doubling on guitars and keyboards, Celestra’s musical style gives softer edges to harder rock.
