Even though Hog Legg Ellis was formed in 1999 the concept of what was to become Hog legg Ellis is over 15 years in the making. Rushin and Sammy were mixing Haggard and Hendrix long before any thought of a Texas Music movement. By accident or by God they have come back around full circle for their chance at a dream that was never forgotten.
