Husband, Father, Pastor. Teacher, Musician, Singer, Songwriter and Producer is some of what is attributed to "Danny B" as known to many. Daniel Brown was born in the small but historic town of Bedford, best known for the preacher and writer, "John Bunyan". Daniel grew up in church playing the guitar, drums then later on the keyboard amongst other instruments; but keyboards is where he would finally settle. Daniel begun honing his keyboard skills in his local church, the opportunities opened up for him to play with and support other artist''s, such as Take Six, Paradise, LCGC, Mike Parlett, playing with many other choirs, bands and solo artist''s.
Daniel and his brother Murphy (a bass player) formed a band in the mid early 80''s called "Chosen Generation", and after several successful years which produced two single''s 1st..."Watching & Waiting", 2nd "A Reason for another World", CG colaborated with The Kirby Singers which was very successful. After getting married to his one and only love of his life Helen (also a singer song writer), they moved to the City of Cambridge, where he would eventually study Jazz Music. Daniel had the priviledge of meeting some of the great Jazz phenomenons of this generation, Miles Davis, Herbie Hancock, Wayne Shorter, Chick Corea, Stanley Clarke, the list is many, but it was truly a great time.
After such an incredible time in Cambridge they decided to move back to Bedford with their first daughter Shanice and within several years they had another baby girl Romana. The next 12-13 years saw Daniel going to Bible School, to eventually become a minister of the Gospel, taking over from his father in ministry. Now pastoring a muticultural and multifaceted church, "Faith Temple Ministries" and bringing up his two daughter''s, Shanice a singer/dancer and Romana a drummer. Daniel focusses more on the ministry preaching in Europe, West Indies and the US and where ever God will send him to passionately preach the word of God. Though he may have lost alot of his skills as a musician, he has never lost his passion for music and even much more a burning passion for Praise & Worship, and has developed the title "A Pastor with a heart for Worship".
As a Pastor, Daniel is not afraid to fully express his love for God through worship and is even known to stir up a passion in his peers in rememberance of God''s amazing Love, Grace and Mercy he has lavished on all his children. Hence the EP Album "Come With Me" released 13th August 2010. These are song''s written and composed out of a very tough season in my life, he states. The album is co-produced by the incredible Nicky Brown and contributions by Bishop John Francis and his wife, Helen Brown. Though being extremely busy Pastoring and being a teacher, Whenever he gets a chance to play and lead worship, he snaps it up simply for the love of the instrument and the ministry.
Pstr D invites one and all to the church he pastors, "F.T.M", where he guarantees, the manifest presence of almighty God. Amongst many other events, Daniel has seen a need for the Body of Christ to be revive in their spirit, soul and Body. This is why each year, he hosts a crusade entitled "Spirit & Truth". You can expect spirit filled worship and the truth of Gods word being taught by a host of speakers near and far.
