HERBERT, a four piece, rock band from SANTA CRUZ, CA debuts with a 12-song independendent release ''Chrysalis''. 64 minutes of rythmic metal sounds, classic power-rock riffs, aggressive melodies, broody vocals and atomic beats.

After self-releasing "Chrysalis", Herbert was picked up by Fueled Up Records which released "Steppin'' off to Eden" worldwide. Herbert later changed their band name to AUTOMATIC ANIMAL and will release a new full-length in 2002. Info is at https://www.tradebit.com.
