Details:
When you look up the word "Hunger" in the dictionary, it is defined as having a strong desire. Bless The Broken is the epitome of that exact definition. Their hunger is shown in multiple ways demonstrated through their work ethic, motivation, energy, performance, music, and most important their passion. With an all or nothing mentality, they see no other option except to stay hungry and do whatever it takes to satisfy that hunger.

Frontman Bucky, Guitarist Robert Hibbitts and Drummer Joe Maurer began their musical journey together in September 2002, forming a band named Amity. As a five-member band they released a 6-track EP in 2003, which quickly captured the attention of fans in North Texas. After two years of playing the Dallas area, Bucky, Robert and Joe decided to change things up and disbanded the group, searching for something bigger and more meaningful. With a few member changes and new name, they emerged back onto the scene in April 2004 as Bless The Broken. With all new tracks and a newly distinguished sound, the band recorded a 5-track demo during the summer of 2005. The demo was released that fall and captured the public by storm. The attention received from their first demo, combined with overwhelming internet popularity is only a baby step for what is to come. The band has built their reputation around a solid product, and it will continue to do so with their first full-length album to be released later this year.

Bless The Broken has become one the most electrifying bands in Dallas. Their dedication to perfection has proven time and time again with their high-energy live performance. That performance, combined with a masterful sound has created one of the largest following fanbases in an extremely talented Dallas market. Each Bless The Broken show draws new inquisitive fans to come out and see what all the hype is about, and after every show those fans emerge as if they were hypnotized by the distinctive melodies, thought-provoking lyrics, and the overwhelming live show that makes the band unparallel to any other.

Intense guitar progressions combined with a vast rhythm section and an animated and forceful vocal performance appeal to both mainstream rock/alternative audiences and hardcore/metal audiences alike. Their musical influences range from Strata meets 36 Crazyfists, to My Chemical Romance meets The Used. These individual sounds that come together to create Bless The Broken are performed by Frontman Bucky, Guitarist Robbie, Guitarist Corey, Bassist Traci, Drummer Joe, and Sean on the keyboard. This band will have a lasting impact on a music industry that has been in search of an act that can bring all these elements together with consistency and longevity.

"We think a song expresses more meaning than a conversation", said vocalist Bucky. "Being able to reach out to someone you never met and make a difference in their lives in the length of just one song is rewarding to us. It is something special when you can touch your fans on a personal level. It is a connection that is indescribable. Our fans have been demanding more and I hope this new upcoming album can touch them like it touches us."

Bless The Brokens upcoming and highly anticipated 1st full-length album is scheduled for release in the fall on 2006. With the recording of their debut album already underway, singles such as "Swing Low" and "Cadence" have caught the attention of radio stations, magazines, and industry professionals across the country. The band is quickly building a dedicated fanbase throughout Texas and the surrounding areas, one listener at a time.
