Keep Your Head UP Project
The Keep Your Head Up Project is an independent body of young performers ranging from age 9 on up promoting positiveness through music, drama, dance, poetry and art. The youngest to release their first home project cd is, 13 year old Wayne Garbutt, AKA Waynie Prince and 13 year old Alton Nicholson AKA Madcash Ali formally known as the South Central Boyz - Featuring: 13 year old Bradwick Leno AKA Lil Willie. The boyz are now in the studio woking on their up coming album entitled: ''T shirt N Jeans from which they released the first two singles, ''I''m Just Too Young'' and ''Alive & Well'' honoring the late great Notorious B.I.G and 2Pac. Most of these kids are multi-talented, young and ambicious and wanted to do something form themselves and their future. They hardly have any clothing and walk barefooted on the streets. The project was founded in the summer of 2005 by Mad Cash Big Money to help them raise money to fund their project. Now they actually sells their CDs on the streets to help put themselves through school. Since then they have released songs like ''I''m Just Too Young'', ''Be Aware'', which has been a great success on the radio such as KREM FM and FM 2000 in Belize. On October 30th 2005 the South Central Boyz brought the message ''Be Aware'' live at the Bliss Center For The Performing Arts in Belize City, Central America. The show was based upon youth violence, domestic violence and STD/HIV & AIDS.
