I originally intended this to be a funny christmas anthem but the day before my vocal recording session, my mother had a heart attack. I was on the verge of tears at some points while recording those vocals. I wanted them to be sassy and humorous, but they came out kind of sad. I kept them as they were because i figured fate wanted it that way.
