Dave Anand was born in Fiji and now lives in Auckland. This is his first CD - released by Taruja records in Auckland. Though the Indian flavour is strong, there''s quite a lot of synths involved. The beats are mostly tabla. Its a spicy mix - quite vindaloo at times.
There''s really few reference points we can give for the music. But Dave Anand has some groovy youtubes up, where you can hear his songs in full. (None of the youtubes are from this CD).
