Ricky Lee is a Nashville recording artist, performing professionally since the age of 16. Born and raised in a railroad town, Altoona, Pa. He has written over 300 songs. In 2009 he recorded his third Nashville CD titled “Ordinary Man”. Some of his most treasured shows were at Brooke Army Medical Center, TX and Fort Carson, CO Army Base entertaining 11,000 soldiers and families during a 4th of July celebration. Ricky Lee is the founder of the American Freedom concert Tour, teaming up with the PA VFW in 2007 the first concert was held raising almost $10,000 for the VFW Military Assistance Program. In March 2010, he signed a contract with the National VFW to record a patriotic CD titled “Freedom”. This CD includes 12 songs, 9 songs of which were written by Ricky. Five dollars of every CD sold will go to to help our soldiers and families through the VFW Military Assistance Program. Ricky is very proud to announce that after many hours of research and teaming up with manufacturers, across the country, we believe that the "Freedom" CD is the first to be 100% made in america. Ricky is currently planning a tour with Mark Andol, owner of the Made in America Store, a retail store in Elma, NY that sells only products that are 100% made in America. This tour is designed to promote save our country first. The first tour date is set for September 11, 2010 in Elma, NY.
