This collection of music is an honest portrayal of the experiences and thoughts that have impacted my life--the murders of Dr. William Petit''s wife and daughters in 2007, the plight of the homeless in Chicago, the illogical and fleeting emotions that accompany teenage romance, the desire to hold on to youth.
