The second release from My Satellite continues on the path of hope and tragedy that Bryan Stage began to build in the debut EP "Telescopes". As the title indicates, "Depths" has a somewhat more serious tone than "Telescopes", but electronic beats, strings, ukuleles, soaring falsettos, and rich harmonies keep the album centered and pensive without falling into the abyss of depression. This EP is cohesive, mature and a step towards progress for My Satellite.
