The Maya2012 project was initiated in 2010 in the rain forest of Vancouver Island as a response to the global spiritual awakening occurring since the 1987 harmonic convergence. Throughout the Gulf Islands region a rising sense of expectation is evident in the unprecedented activity of our ocean mammals, forest creatures and human inhabitants. Clearly a convergence of energy is focused on this land, long known as sacred by our indigenous peoples. Maya2012 calls on the human spirit worldwide to draw on this energy source as we come together again in these last days of the Passage to 2012.
Our spirit has traversed the current age through cycles of consciousness as illustrated by the corresponding tracks in Passage to 2012. Each cycle representation is infused with the vibration of the time and emanates the corresponding spirit consciousness. By listening with your spirit, open to the resonance of the vibration, you permit your subconscious to awaken to the memory of each cycle. Repeat the journey from creation to this moment, preparing your awakened spirit to greet the New Age in harmony with mother Gaia. A propitious time is upon this blessed generation for those who would listen.
Track 1: In The Beginning the birds flew upon the waters and the land. Gaia knew her children well. Nurture, peace and harmony ruled the land.
Track 2: Behold The Dawn of Innocence as we too knew Gaia, celebrating her bounty and spirit.
Track 3: As our spirit grew bold we encouraged our vain imaginings through Primal Gathering and homage to false gods.
Track 4: The Emergence of Mind has distracted us from spirit. Material things will abound. The marketplace will flourish.
