Formed in Corning, NY, Cutting Room Floor first started playing together in high school in 2004. Although the members attended separate colleges, they managed to collaborate on ideas with one another while at school, and then recorded and performed together during breaks. With the release of The Whiskey Rebellion in 2006, C.R.F. began to get the attention of the Upstate New York community with its songs “Walking Alone,” “I’ve Got A Feeling,” and "Stars And Slights."
