The Kuban Katz are a group of 4 talented musicians from Havana Cuba who, influenced by various musical styles outside their country, like to experiment!
Como Baila Marieta is always a favourite when played live in Havana. It was also received enthusiastically when the band worked in Europe during 2008/9. Although their style has never been traditional, when their London-based manager suggested a club-mix, the guys were a little hesitant. After sampling the song for 3 months to an unexpected international response, a decision was taken to release the song.
