Fans and first time listeners can expect sleek staccato riffing, furious breakdowns, and the keen melodic sensibilities that STIGMA is known for along with new twists and turns along the way. STIGMA has captivated both listeners and live audiences for over five years; the band has toured all over Europe, playing at many prestigious festivals including Metalfest Open Air, Wacken Open Air, Metalcamp, and Ieperfest.
The Undertaker EP was engineered by Italian producer Simone Mularoni and mixed/mastered by the Bombs of Death Productions duo of BLEEDING THROUGH singer Brendan Schieppati and ANAAL NATHRAKH main-man Mick Kenny; with the exception of the title track “The Undertaker” which was produced at Fear Studio by ex-BLEEDING THROUGH and current BRING ME THE HORIZON guitarist Jona Weinhofen and was mixed/mastered by Scott Atkins (BEHEMOTH, CRADLE OF FILTH, SYLOSIS). Artwork for the EP was created by Daniel Mcbride (BORN OF OSIRIS, VEIL OF MAYA, VIATROPHY.)
BLEEDING THROUGH''s Schieppati, who produced the EP and provides guest vocals, commented; "STIGMA’s latest EP is a true breath of fresh air. The music brings forth passion that seems to be lost within the Hardcore/Metal scene as of late. It was a great opportunity for Mick and I to help this latest attempt come to light. We feel that it is the band''s finest recording and the music is a much needed boost for a scene trapped in over saturation."
