How to describe a sound?
Otis Redding meets Prince in a jamaican backyard...sharing a Singapore Sling...that could maybe be one way how to describe the sound of Sonic Industry.
Another could be to say catchy pop on a funky bottom with a harmonic twist on top.
Sonic Industry consists of Lotte and Patrich Parmatow who hails out of the pop music producing country of Sweden, but currently residing in Singapore. Both long time musicians who have played in various constellations around the world, decided it was time for their own production.
The result is the full length 15 song CD "Messing With Your Mind" now on release.
Sonic Industry writes and arranges all their own material and plays all instruments themselves. Lotte handles the saxophones, flute, percussion and shares the vocals with Patrich, who plays all other instruments such as guitar, bass, keyboards and drums.
"We have had so much fun producing Messing With Your Mind" they say, "..so we are already making plans for our next project...over time we have collected a lot of material just waiting to be produced".
The journey for Sonic Industry has just begun - and we really hope you will join for the ride!
