Lato recorded "Goodbye" in Boston, and the rest of the EP was done in Los Angeles with Jim McGorman, musical director for Avril Lavigne and Weezer. "I''m really proud of this project," he says. "It has some of the best songs I''ve written to date. It''s more of a fun, upbeat record but with substance, reminiscent of everything I love about ''80s pop."
The new music video for the single ''Just Another Goodbye'' has already been gaining popularity on YouTube as a viral video because of Greg playing 4 different characters all on film at the same time. It has also recently been picked up by US/Canada cable channel HD Net and US channel The Cool TV to air during their regularly scheduled music video programming.

Born and raised in Providence, Rhode Island, Greg started writing his own melodies at the age of seven. After stints with various bands, Greg released his first EP to rave reviews, receiving airplay on Rhode Island’s Coast 93.3, and landing opening slots for major artists. He was profiled three times in The Providence Journal and was featured in numerous press outlets. An intense tour of college campuses, record store signings, and television and radio appearances followed, culminating in a small cameo performance at Madison Square Garden in New York.
Greg’s career detoured as he started writing for other artists. Spreading his time between Boston, New York, Los Angeles and Nashville, Greg made a name for himself as the ‘go to’ melody and lyric writer. He received Honorable Mentions in both the 2006 and 2008 Billboard World Song Contests and written for MTV shows. But during this period, the need to share his own feelings and experiences bubbled under the surface. Greg established strong friendships during his songwriting career, and he wanted to surround himself with friends for his new studio project. He also knew that when he returned to this arena, he wanted to make a record on his terms.
Recording the album Monday Morning Breakdown was a rewarding experience. It was recorded and produced at Mission Sound (All American Rejects, The Starting Line) and Sanctum Sound (JoJo, NKOTB, The Click Five) with a dream team of musicians, including Nir Z (John Mayer, Chris Cornell), Lee Nadel (Regina Specktor, Matt White), Charles Haynes (Kanye West) and Billy Jay Stein (Gavin DeGraw, Vanessa Carleton). The album was mixed by Jon Kaplan (Maroon 5, Gavin DeGraw, Ingrid Michaelson) and Gary Lux (Rob Thomas) and mastered by Dave McNair (Sara Bareilles, Jonas Brothers, Parachute).
The album Monday Morning Breakdown marked the creation of a unique style of pop music - a hybrid of vast musical influences, which range from late seventies/early eighties to modern pop. Greg has released music videos for the singles ''Beautiful Woman'', ''Everyday Love'' and ''Monday Morning Breakdown''. The latter video has recieved almost 5000 hits on YouTube since its premiere in 2010. He has also recently performed and/or been interviewed on FOX''s The Rhode Show, NBC Channel 10, Wicked Late w/ Brendan Kirby, and The Steve Katsos Show.

Greg has also recently signed a deal with WACBIZ, a TV/Film song placement company in NYC.
