Details:
This collection was first written for Taichi videos at the Taichi school where I teach. It features many different moods for different sections of the videos. Songs feature both Chinese and electronic instruments. Most of the songs are suitable for Taichi practice or meditation. Due to the positive response from people who bought the instructional videos, I decided to release the music on a CD, and now digitally. The first track was featured in the World Peace meditation done by Joshua Shapiro in 2011.
