Dallas Arcand is a high energy Aboriginal Entertainer from the Alexander (Kipohtakaw) Cree Nation, located near Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. He was the World Champion Hoop Dancer in 2006 and 2007. As well as a being a musician and dancer, he is in demand as a motivational speaker.

At the 2008 Aboriginal People''s Choice Awards, Picking Sweetgrass won for Best Flute CD and Best Instrumental CD as well as receiving the Best Flute CD award at the Canadian Aboriginal Music Awards in Toronto.
