Details:
This is a collector''s item. It is a satirical rock opera musical composition - music and lyrics were written by Bill Mclean.
This recording was done in the mid ''70''s and was recorded on vinyl (it contains two skips that are only noticeable to the original artists). The imperfections of the copy add to the uniqueness and character of the entire composition. Bill and his niece, Grace, are currently putting together a revival or more contemporary version. No matter how great the remake is -- no way can they duplicate the quality and uniqueness of this original version.
Listeners who appreciate quality lyrics -- will not be disappointed. Fans have commented that the lyrics can almost be described as perfect.
The entire composition goes through several moods and is comprised of over a half dozen songs which actually fit together as one complete song composition.
In addition to vocals -- solo instrumental sections of the composition are like nothing you have ever heard before. The entire composition is truly an artful masterpiece and should be appreciated and savored for the quality it is.
Vocals were by Ricky Rodriguez, Danny Cook, Bill McLean, Art McLean and Larry Cook.
Instrumentals were done by:
Bill McLean (harmonica & keyboard), Art McLean (saxophone), Anonymous (trumpet), Larry Cook (guitar), Danny Cook (bass guitar) and Andy Osterman (drums).
