The long awaited follow-up to 2001''s "Sing."
When this album began, the goal was to depict from realization to reaction, from resistance to resignation, and from recognition to resolve what it''s like to be somewhere you don''t want to be. The music was not meant to describe a phenomenon in general terms, but rather to pick out and describe the most intense moments. As the album drew to a close, however, my outlook for the final creation changed. This was largely due to the very nature of making an album - it''s cathartic - but it was also due to timing. The result (I hope) is a disc detailing a process that was unduly extended but ultimately resolved in an unexpected but ironically appropriate way.

Karlos grew up in Chicago, spent 6 years in Iowa City, and currently resides in Albany, NY.
