Brent Daniel, Wade Berry, Gary Wolfe, and Wayne Lynn formed the MessMakers in 1996. Writing songs which returned them to their roots in music from the mid 1970s, their debut album Better Days invoked images of the Eagles, Creedence Clearwater Revival, and the Rolling Stones.
