Mavis Drive is a 4 piece rock band from Toronto,Canada. The current line-up of Mavis Drive has been together since the summer of 2002. In that same year they recorded their first EP consisting of 6 songs with famed Toronto producer John Pacheco,who has worked with many bands in the country. In the following year that 6 song EP got them attention from singer and songwriter Raine Maida of the established group Our Lady Peace. They opened up for them in the summer of 2003.
By late 2004 Mavis Drive had written about 30 new songs. Out of these 30 songs they would pick the 10 strongest songs and try to get it to a producer who could make these songs even https://www.tradebit.comy eventually got it to Mike K.
Mike K is a guitar player and producer based out of Los Angeles who has toured worldwide and produced and played guitar on a countless number of recordings.
